sold on the idea of a PLAN Australia member, the following may help you keep out of potential trouble.
As a first step, it is important to ask your broker about the range of lenders with whom they have accreditations. If a broker is employed by
a particular lender, or deals with only a limited few, then they may only be able to provide you with access to a limited range of loan products.
While the vast majority of mortgage brokers don't charge fees (as they receive a commission from the lender), some may, so it's worth checking first.
